RETURNS POLICY

Return Eligibility

​

  • Any return requests must be made within 10 working days of delivery. Anything outside of this timeline will not be accepted.

  • Products must be unused and in resaleable condition and will be checked upon return to our depot.

  • Requests for returns need to be made in advance by contacting our customer service team on    customercare@etupling.co.uk​

 

Restocking Fee

​

  • All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund total.

Reporting Shortages or Damages

​

  • Any products which are starred (*) on your delivery note must be checked off on delivery, and any discrepancies must be noted.

  • Claims of damages or shortages must be reported within 5 working days from date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

​

  • An order form must be signed for all specials prior to despatch. Any items ordered in as a special are non-returnable.

  • Goods which have been supplied via a price deal or special offer are non-returnable.

  • Goods which are obsolete stock items are non-returnable. Whether an item is “obsolete stock” is at the discretion of E. Tupling and Son Ltd.
