RETURNS POLICY
Over the past 12 months, we have seen a significant increase in the volume of returns. Whilst we understand there are legitimate and unavoidable reasons for products being returned, we wanted to take this opportunity to politely remind you of our returns policy.

Return Eligibility

Any return requests must be made within 10 working days of delivery. Anything outside of this timeline will not be accepted.

Products must be unused and in resaleable condition and will be checked upon return to our depot.

Requests for returns need to be made in advance by contacting our customer service team on customercare@etupling.co.uk
Restocking Fee

All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund total.
Reporting Shortages or Damages

Any products which are starred (*) on your delivery note must be checked off on delivery and any discrepancies must be noted.

Claims of damages or shortages must be reported within 5 working days from date of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items

An order form must be signed for all specials prior to despatch. Any items ordered in as a special are non-returnable.
